At Crab & Cruise, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our pre-order products and events, we have a strict return policy. By placing a pre-order with Crab & Cruise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Online Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept online returns or exchanges for any merchandise bought before, during, or after the event. All sales are final. This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of the products that we offer.

  2. Event-Based Returns and Exchanges: If an issue arises or an exchange is needed, it must be done during the event. After the event, all inquiries are considered null and void.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective, please bring it to the attention of a Crab & Cruise representative during the event. We will make every effort to replace the damaged or defective product with a new one.

  4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Crab & Cruise and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or products.
